GMAC Mortgage Refusal to modify mortgage using frivilous excuses Louisville, Kentucky

I am utterly disgusted with GMAC mortgage, especially since they were give tax money to help homeowners and they refuse to modify my mortgage.  I have applied for a modification of my loan on approximately 4 different occasion and on all accounts I was refused.  The last reason being that signatures did not match and they refuse have the signatures updated to proceed with the modification.

All I want is to be fairly treated, given that my interest rate is rediculous and the value of my house has plomated, and have been very good with paying my mortgage despite this fact.   I could only hope that this complaint is forwarded to the relevant authorities so that this situation can be investigated.
