Got a letter from GMAC mortgage stating that I was seven months behind on my monthly payments, I have talked to several customer service reps. which are just trying to do their job, however some one from the office is not posting payments correctly nor with the correct year, I requested a payment history and to my surprise they sent me a payment history with the wrong dates and on a monthly statement that tells me that my monthly payments are due for 11/01/2011, how the hell can i have a monthly statment with last year date on them when were clearly in 2012, the local representative from GMAC Bill Pittman, does not return calls, good thing I keep all of my paper work supporting my monthly payments, I have called and faxed in the necessary papers disputing the amount and of course no one will call you back but they want to sent someone out to leave a generic note on my door with no business card, nothing, if I have to I will take this to court to prove i have my supporting documentation.
