GNS INC...SLIMBODY PRODUCT..Acai Berry Diet Products ACAI BERRY VITAMINS will cause CREDIT CARD/DEBIT CARD FRAUD!!!! Arvada Colorado

I ordered the Acai Berry vitamins from GNS Inc. on a 30-day free trial. 7 days after I received the product I was billed 79.90. The number posted on my bank statement was (800)-595-4670. The phone number would ring once then hang up abruptly. The website will only publish one customer service number and no email address. You have a web form to enter your information into and it is forwarded to someone. You are told that it will be attended to within 24 hours. I had to call several times 2 days in a row to finally get through. Once I did, I was on hold for approximately 30 minutes. I have been given an RA# to return the unused portion of the "vitamins" for a full refund as long as the package is returned withing the first 30-day mark. The representative said we still may see yet ANOTHER charge $$ for the next shipment that she cancelled during the phonecall.

I was forced to disputed the charge with my bank through the fraud department. It has been a very bad experience. They are thieves and frauds!! If you buy from them, expect to get burned!

On another note, this vitamin does NOT work. I have taken the whole first bottle and have not seen the results that they spoke so highly of in the advertisments. I DO NOT recommend anyone going thought all of this for a bottle of cheap vitamins. They are $160.00 a month because that is what the company will bill you. Do NOT order from GNS Inc. or the Acai Berry pills. I am still fighting this battle with this company.
