GOLDEN EAGLE LEASING NORTHERN LEASING / LEASE FINANCE GROUP Takes money out of your account without permission!!! NEW YORK, New York

Signed a contract with Golden Eagle Leasing company for a credit card machine a few years ago.  As soon as the contract was signed I discovered that it was a huge mistake.  Golden Eagle takes money out of the account without permission and when ever they want to.  So, not only does Golden Eagle get $31.88 every month for 48 months they also take $26.37 every few months for "property taxes."  When I call Golden Eagle to talk to them about these charges it is a recording that says, "Thank you for calling your equipment leasing company."  They do not use their name.  When I call Northern Leasing 800-683-5433 What do you know...it is the same recording.    Anyway, Elizabeth @ Golden Eagle 866-781-0440 faxed me a copy of our account.  The charges show that this "Property Tax" is $1.37 and they charge $25.00 late fee.  A Late Fee?  How can you charge for a late fee when this company just takes the money out of the account when they want to?    I would love for a lawyer to help our small business get out of this contract.  Or better yet sue the hell out of them.
