Problems began the 1st week of move in, which was November 3, 2007 and I moved out August 6, 2008. Lease purchase 2years at $1295 a month with over 2k deposit with responsibility for the home repair, and advised to purchase home warranty, which I did. I was assured leaser Go renter checked the house prior to accepting to lease it for the homeowner. The pipes all through the house were clogged and were in need of repair in addition to a roach infestation. As the agreement in purchasing the home warrant, the price was projected in 1-2 years of purchase (inflated) prior to the current market fall.

I called the company multiple times in addition to emails with no respond. Finally I contacted the owner to ask about the home damage prior to move in. Mrs. Brown advised me to contact Go renter. I then received an email advising I had to take care of the pipes. I had the home warranty and they advised they had to be in working owner prior to enrollment, which the company knew.

I hand the pipes snaked twice by a license technicians, in addition to repair of the pipes that connected to my washer machine. During the second week of our third month the air conditioner went out I handle those repairs the company did nothing , In July I contacted them about the loss I had incur in repair but no home ownership benefit and option to purchasing the home in at the beginning of October as the lease stated.

They told me after two days of waiting that the owner did not want to see because of 10-year tax benefit. I advised I had fulfilled my end of the lease purchase agreement in light of major repairs when I move in, which should had been handled and/or advised of prior to move in. I was applaud and tried to continue negotiation with Go renter management prior to move out August 6, 2008, when they said they would force my child and me out my home.

I was willing they have them take the move out cost of under $500 out of my deposit which was well over $2,000. Other option includes allowing fair price for home in addition to repair incur. They did not return my call until I dropped off the keys August 16. I have a message left from their management. They were rude and lied multiple times including when I asked about the recent violation to the law, they laughed continued to undermine me.

I am still suffering emotional and loss financially from cost incurred trying to make 3628 S Cottonwood Dr, in Tempe AZ, 85282, my home. They recently sent me a bill for almost $5000. Right before I moved I talked to multiple legal professionals with pre-pay legal plan , They advised me to move and repair my life in another home then consider additional advise if the problem processed, I did the best to work with this company and now I want my money back moving and with this company and their personnel . 6/20 I received another notice dated 6/15 demanding $6,257.06 yet when I called back they stated the person who sent the notice is no longer with the company and they have no record of my complaints or issues and passed me off to Aida Cisneros who will not return my calls. I have to do something!

SAID BEST BY ANOTHER WHO WENT THRU THE SCAMING OF THIS COMPANY "So if you want to live somewhere where you have all the disadvantages of a home owner (such as repairs and upkeep at your expense) and none of the advantages of a renter (like an actual management company) then this company is for you!"

I see they had a rebuttal on another report stating "GoRenter.com LLC has been known by many names in the past (Property Masters of America, Home America Property Management) but now is entirely separate from them. Mark Bosworth is not associated or affiliated with GoRenter.com LLC in anyway." Yet I found that an employeee (his spouse) still works for them.... (((link redacted)))
