Lee Wiggins CEO of GDP Investments Ltd. He took my deposit and has not built appartments. He has cancelled the project officially without actually informing investors. He has attempted to get more money out of investors and has been dishonest about building work which never actually took place. He has refused to refund deposits and has emptied escrow accounts. He blames his failings on the economic collapse, but still trades and makes investments in Dubai. He has made no attempt to contact investors and ignores phone calls, emails and written correspondance. The man is a thief and a liar.
