GPM*MERCHANDISE DIRECT Charging my Bank Credit Card after I cancelled the order 2 days after placing the order in the 2nd week of Dec 2008 Wallingford, Connecticut
I just went online 1/16/09 to check my bank account balance and there is a charge of $219.00 from this company. At first I did not know what that charge pending was. I googled the company only to find out it was the same one that I had cancelled the order a month ago from.
Unfortunately my bank will not be able to do anything until the charge goes through and then I will receive these bags that I canceled last month. I am going to have to spend more money shipping them back and hope that I will get my $219.00 back.
This company is rediculous because you do not have an opportunity to speak to a live customer service rep when ordering. I did speak to a live person when I cancelled the order a month ago. Looks like they did not do what I ask them to do and that is cancel my order two days after I placed it on the phone.
