I too, like so many others have discovered a charge to my debit card which I didn't recognize. I decided to Google the company name GPNETHELP.com, and discovered that this is a site that will link you to "dating" and escort services. I of course called my bank right away to have the charge removed, but apparently, I actually have to open up a claim to dispute the charge. What was interesting is that the lady on the phone at my bank, kept telling me "you know this is a dating & escort service", her tone was as such that if I didn't make the charge, maybe someone else in my house. I told her that I know what the company is, and to send me whatever documentation they have for me to fill out. I got back on the Net, and started reading many many complaints by people like me. After a bit more research, I came across their address in Florida and even got a phone number. Now, although many of the people complaining said that there will be no answer or response, but believe it or not I actually got through and spoke with a representative, who said that they will immediately credit my account back for the 2 charges (I was only aware of the 1, and who knows how many more would have followed). She also said that they will now place my card # on their "fraud" list, so that whoever it is using my card, will no longer be able to do so. Whether she is refunding my money remains to be seen, but I now know how they get away with making charges to your account, and when reported they blame it on some mistery person out there using your card. At any rate, I also canceled my card at the bank, and requested a new one. PLEASE check your statements carefully.
