I purchased the grant kit from Grant Members to get information ($2). Then called them in three days and canceled the thing and they had already taken $39.95 out of my bank account. I have called them several times and they said they could not refund the money, they were rude and would not give me a supervisor or a proper address or even tell me where they were talking from. I ordered this on July 3, the information was supposed to be here on the 11th and it has not arrived. They have hung up on me at least 8 times.
