GRI Holdings LLC Boca Web Design Is a scam company that promises top of the line websites, but does not produce, poor customer service, and outrageous prices! Boca Raton, Florida

On Dec 2nd, 2009 I entered into a contract with GRI Holdings LLC to have my website built.  Thewebsite cost was $10,000 and the completion date was 6-8 weeks from the time the contract was signed.  I was promised my website would be built with the newest technology and would be built to my specifications.

 After 8 weeks had past and my website was still not complete, I found critical errors in the way my website was built. 
It was not built in the newest technology, my website did not work on browsers such as Internet Explorer and Firefox. 
I later found out that my site had 27 errors and 100 warnings on it.  My SSL certificate was never installed properly and warned my clients that my site was not 100% secure.  I was paying $75 a month to GRI Holdings for them to host my site, but was never given access to my own server, therefore, I could not hire outside developers to help me complete my site properly.  I ended up having to pay another $2000 to have a blog installed and errors fixed, which are free with most website, especially websites that cost $10,000. I paid $1000 to have flash installed, which I later found out can not beread by Google or mobile phones.  I repeatedly asked Geno, the owner of the company, to please complete my site or give me the log in to my host so I can hire someone else to complete my website.  I was told to go screw myself and that he would not give me access to anything.  I was also called a b*tch, which I have emails to prove it. 

 After about 10 months of still having an incomplete website, I received a disturbing letter from a competitor indicating that I had stolen  code on my website. I found out that the $1000 I spent for flash, GRI Holdings and their developers, stole the code directly from my competitor.  There were several issues with my site that needed to removed and completely redesigned. I tried transferring my site to a different host and hiring a new company to help with all of my issues, but the site would not transfer properly due to the fact that I was never given the log in to my server. 

 After a year of my business losing money and also spending $1000's of dollars in business expenses, I am now forced to build a brand new site.  After consulting with several professional web developers, it ended up being the best way to go.  I spent $12,000 on a site that is garbage and wasted over $10,000 in business expenses because of the lies I was told that my website was completed.  I started advertising my site on websites such as google and yahoo only to find out that my site did not work on certain browsers.  I would not tell my worst enemy to hire this unprofessional and inexperienced company.  This company has caused me stress and lost me thousands of dollars.
