Purchase the software, which failed to function as promised. Failed to honor and then REFUSED to issue refund. The use of the software and subsequent refund request occurred within 24 hours of purchasing the software.
Complete fraud and ripoff scam. STAY AWAY!!

Usually people download a demo version from our webpage, test it and buy it only if they think it suits there needs.
If this customer didn't do this, it is his own fault. We don't allow the refund because of "not suits my needs". Why? Because it's a comman problem that today people buy software, use it till there taks id done and finally issue a refund to not pay for anything.
In some cases you even see it in the server logs when a registered version checks for updates where the customer issued a refund before. Sorry but we can not allow refunds like that anymore.
Test the demo version, report bugs or contact us for suggestions or support. We usually reply withing 24h (different timezone). If the software has big bugs we can not fix or the software doesn't run at all we allow a refund of course.
Anyway, download the demo version, test it and buy it only if you like it. We don't allow refunds with "not suits my needs". Simple as that.

We have a demo version for each software that we sell online. Everyone can try it out and see for himself if the software suites its needs or not.
If not, you can still contact us and suggest improvement.
Unfortunately we can't say anything to this case above as we don't know the order number or anything else. Most likely a refund wasn't given since the software has already been used heavily.
Please understand that a lot people buy the software, use it and when they don't need it anymore they want to get the money back. But thats nothing we will accept.
