GSI-Grant Services International rip-off took my limited income and failed to complete their promise Christ Church Nationwide

After being contacted by phone about a grant approval of $6000.00 guaranteed, I sent in the payment to GSI. Unfortunately I had nothing but problems from day one.
GSI deducted the money from my account prior to the agreed upon date, causing a huge overdraft bank charge. My packet arrived over two months late.

I was told that the grant papers would be sent and all I had to do was sign and return them. Then within 72hours a check would be sent to me.

When the packet finally arrive all I received was a book on grants. After calling customer services and them explaining that I had to send letters to the companies listed to receive the money.

I sent out many grant applications. Several came back, address unknown. The rest never replied at all.

I called GSI and heard the following recorded message, That all customers would be satisfied and refunded. GSI stated to do all corrospondance in writing.
I have sent the original and 3 copies in writing and have not gotten any repsonce at all.

Unfortunately I am disabled and thought that a grant could help me get ahead alittle. It is very difficult living on limited social security. So this has been one very costly mistake to me and my family.
