These people failed to sent me a detail statement of the calls that I receive while a family member was in jail. They don't allow any other telephone company to provide their services, like calling cards, so you don't have any options. if you receive two or more phone calls in the same day you are force to enter your credit card again an make an extra payment even if you still have credit from a previous payment. They are not in compliance with any of the FCC rules and I don't understand why, because even if you are providing a service to illegal alien like my case, you still providing services in the USA and I a USA citizen pay the bill so I would like to know that my rights are still valid. This is the reason WHY  the immigration system is broke,  is because companies like this interest not because NATIONAL SECURITY>
