GTLDNA does not comply. They processed a DNA report for my ex-boyfriend. I pretending to be unaware of the legislation and sent a email to their information department.
I received a response from Stefan A Lang, Executive Director confirming this legislation.
Despite this, GTLDNA sold an information only kit to my ex-boyfriend and processed a paternity test, in August 2012. If they are willing to circumvent the law I wonder what other short cuts they are willing to take.
