We called Guardian Moving company to ship our boxes from Hawaii to the Mainland. At first we spoke with Chris Brown who told us to put down $100 deposit to secure a spot. We sent our boxes from Kauai to Honolulu where they were supposed to have been picked up. We paid them another 1100 to cover the 60% they asked in order to ship the boxes and they say we could pay the rest when we receive the boxes. It has now been almost two weeks and our shipment is still sitting in Honolulu and has not been put on a barge to California. Each time we try to contact these people we are put on hod and then different people get on a phone and no one seems to know what to.
We are terribly worried that our stuff will never make it to California, it should have arrived by now but it is still sitting in Honolulu God only knows why, Horrible service, terrible customer manner. We want to report these people because I am afraid more people will be ripped off if they are not stopped.
