FYI in Galco's justification. The quality of the shipping packages was excellent but the additional costs discussed above was because the order was shipped in two boxes instead of one. One of the boxes had a $3 odd shaped part in it.
Lesson for Galco: The shipping cost should always be disclosed prior to shipment especially if it does not match the estimated cost.
