GameStop Morons Traverse City, Michigan

 I went to the gamestop in traverse city in the mall and purchased a refurbished 360 for my son for Christmas. He tried to use it on Christmas and the "tested" xbox was broke and would not read the disk. So I took it back and was waited on by the "manager" David, I asked him to please test it because I live almost 30 miles away and $3.40 a gallon for gas is a bit much, He told me it does not need to be tested because they test them there before they sell them. So I drove 30 miles back home just for the used xbox not refurbished( the manager tried to tell me they are both the same, really than why is the refurbished one more money) that I paid for to put a nice big ring on my sons red dead game. So I get back in the car drive all the way back to the mall another 30 miles and ask the manager to just sell me a new xbox at a sale price. NOPE he could not do that but he could send me a refurbished one and it would only take 10 days for my son to get it.

ARE YOU KIDDING ME YOU WANT ME TO TELL MY SON HE HAS TO WAIT 10 DAYS TO PLAY WITH HIS CHRISTMAS PRESENT, REALLY MORON.

So I told him to give me my money back and I walked down to the radio shack and gave them my money for a brand new xbox at a sale price.

I Will never spend another dime at gamestop they are dishonest as hell.

I guess selling a game for $30.00 less is not worth it to them, so I gave my $180.00 to someone else
