I purchased a level 17 Hyru Gladiator on a Besaid Server on Nov 12th. I received a email back that verification must be sent. I did so that same day. I then received a email stating on Nov 13th That all verification was taken care of and there was NOTHING else I needed to do on my end. I have sent several emails to them. I have contacted them on Facebook. Not one single person has contacted me with the information of my account that I bought. I purchased it, my boyfriend paid for it. He sent his verification license and so forth. I have no been ripped off for 26.04. Which is a shame.. Every day I check my spam folder, I clear it out, and in a hour I write them and check the folders again and clear them out. This is going on day 5 with no response from the team.

We apologize for not getting back with you sooner on this report as we don't actively monitor these reports. Based on the information you provided, we located your order and it appears this order was already delivered and this issue has now been closed.

A breakdown of what actually happened

On November 12, 2011, you placed an order with our company. During this time, you sent verification to us. While you were completing this process, MoneyBookers informed us your payment was under review and to hold on delivering until this payment has been verified.

On November 14, 2011, An agent with MoneyBookers emailed us back stating they need to verify that you provided a form of ID in order to allow us to receive this payment as it was the weekend when you ordered and the fraud department is closed on Sundays.

On November 17, 2011, your payment had cleared and delivery had been made.

I will also note that we have over 25,000+ feedback across dozens of websites. In fact, we are the only truly legit company in the MMO Accounts Industry that has been around for years with actual feedback toprove it. Here are just some of the links below to prove it:
