However, I never received any payment for the account and all the information was changed locking me out of it. I sent multiple e-mails and even got in contact with the currency live chat, which offered no help other then sending another e-mail. Over a month has passed and I still have not got a reply or payment.
I'm here to warn all others against Gamepal or any of it's other companies(as I found out they have many). This company is a complete fraud and will just take your money. Do not trust this group at all, not even for buying gold as I have found they on occasion take the money and run.
There isn't much I can do about the matter now. I wish I could get in contact with them to straighten the matter up but it is highly unlikly they will ever do so.

Resolved Case - Simple Fix To Your Problem

Unfortunately, we didn't see this post until recently.
1). This complaint isn't with our company so why did you include our name in the subject.
2). All you need to do is go to the blizzard website, submit an account recovery, and within 30 minutes they would reset everything back to your information. However, I'm sure you already know this and therefore I will assume this issue has already been resolved.
