Let me cut to the chase... The online cell phone game, Order & Chaos Online for the Android phones started messing up really bad with the current update release.
The servers are so bad, that you are lucky if you can even make it to your characters select screen any day. It will usually take you two or three hours before you can actually log in to play. So it's a crap shoot to log in to play.
Now, once you do get logged into the game, this is where the major problems start.. constant player forced server syncs (rests).. the players can force a server reset, in order to duplicate/hack GOLD and SOUL STONES (both are in game currency).
Gamelofts main employers have been notified about this problem ONE WEEK ago, and it still has not been fixed. Many have bought in app purchases known as RUNES, which after ONE if these forced server syncs, cause the buyer of these RUNES with real money to lose the RUNES, and still have a transaction on their credit card statement that the CANNOT GET REFUNDED.
Oh.. and their "customer support" it's a big joke.. you send in a complaint/refund request, and you GET back some canned automatedresponse saying... we are currently looking into this situation or... someone well contact you shortly... which we now know "shortly" means... NEVER!!!!
So, game is totally unplayable currently. I have got a refund of some of my recent purchases Thisit'sbeingposted so others May see how crappy this company really is towards it's customers.. it's PAYING CUSTOMERS
.So, no refunds are obtainable from Gameloft, I had to go through Google play customer support to GET my refund. Some say the company it's literally stealing money from these individuals.. I would, in essence, have to agree. Don't support this company.. if I missed anything, please leave comment.
