I recieved an automated quote of $500.00 and submitted my info. On July 9th I recieved an email from gamepal that thier manual review determined that my account was valued at $164.00. I actually laughed at this as the assets alone on this account are worth more than that. I did a lot of comparison shopping for similar accounts and most go for about $500. Im not greedy and actually would have accepted $250 but gamepal stated very firmly this was the CORRECT PRICE.
So I responded to the email and clicked NO that I did not accept the offer. I also emailed gamepal that I would accept $250 for the account or I expected my access to be restored in a timely manner. (I believe within 24hrs is reasonable before taking action)
It is now July 14th and after several emails to gamepal and ABSOLUTELY no response and still unable to access my account. So I have petitioned the game developer to retrieve my account and that is in progress and now I am reporting here. If I have any problems retrieving my account or if a thourough inventory shows anything missing I will seek action on gamepal.com.
I highly recommend staying away from this company.
