hi i recently traded in a couple of my older games and i found out that almost every game you give them they will only be nothing more then 2 to 3 bucks and another one is that all of the games that are behind the counter are all scratched and are basically trash. second one is that the company stole my credit card and denied that they ever took it. overall i would not got to this place at all never ever.

Alot of old games (especially games and are updated every year, like sports games) have little value, thus we give little. If it's a high-demand game, we went to give more (15-20, like Capcom vs SNK 2). If you handed us a game that the company has a million of, you're likely to not receive much credit.

The company didn't steal your credit card, what likely happened was (this happens once in awhile, my store has several driver's licenses and CCs in our safe) you had given them the card, they set it down on the table or beside the keyboard, and you (and the emp) forgot about it. Then, once it was found it was put either in the drawer or in the safe. Next, the emp didn't bother to tell anyone, so no one would know what your talking about.

If the emp did steal your CC, then you should really call corporate and have loss prevention look into that store, and call your CC company to have them track the card.

Lastly, we DO take in defective games however we're supposed to apply proper defective fees and send them to be refurbished. Plus how were you able to examine all those discs our entire back counter from in front of the register?
