Paid in full for an account order. Described as delivery within 1hour or 72 at max. Past deadline. Tried contacting through many channels but zero response. Only looking to have item paid for as described or just refund. Painful company to deal with.

Unsure why I can't login to my original account even after it says the password is reset but wanted to let everyone know I did receive my account. Took more than 72 hours but they explained later they had issues with the billing on the account. Would do business with them again.
