Gamewar zero communication. all forms of "support" illicit no response, Internet

I purchased an account and have had zero communication with anyone from the website outside of automated emails. It would be nice if someone emailed me explaining their would be a delay or give me an ETA on delivery of goods instead of saying the purchase is being "delivered." on their website.\
their website says they deliver within 20 minutes to 72 hours. Totally understandable and for large purchases i'm sure they want time to make sure the money clears as i imagine this business is full of dishonest people on both sides. but i haven't heard a single peep out of someone from the company since i paid for the order.
While their support database is decent their contact sections is a bit of a farce. the emails tell you to chat with a live agent but that option seems to be permanently disabled and i doubt it was ever active at one point. The support section tells you to follow the instructions in the email leaving you with no one to contact as emails/facebook post/support tickets all go unanswered except for an automated email saying "hey, check our support section for answers." which in turn leads to "hey, check out the emails we sent you."
i'll update the report with more information as it becomes available but i'll give them some more time to at least send me an email before i end up taking up the issue with VISA. and for reference my order # is: 150100
