Ordered an account from them and have had 0 contact from the company, besides charging me of course going to begin working on a chargeback

Thank you for your reply.



  • During the duration of your last order, we sent 7 different e-mails to you with information about your order status as well as automated e-mails.


  • Each time you create a new e-mail, a canned response will happen. In order to avoid canned responses, please refrain from creating a new e-mail but reply back to the same e-mail we replied back to you from.


  • After receiving complaints that you had not received your product yet, we resent it to you again manually. 
There is a lot of fraud in this industry. If you're expecting A+ Customer Support, you won't find that in any RMT company. However, what we do offer is a top notch product and are 100% legit which is something near impossible to find in this industry.

We also offer 6 ways for you to contact which you can always try to do instead of e-mailing our e-mail support which has hundreds of inquiries each day.

First ill say that yes I did recieve my account within a "reasonable" time frame.

I apologize to the company for not posting this sooner.

That being said i went ahead and posted another order from them just because it was cheap and what the h**l why not.  And again the same awful customer service its impossible to actually get a hold of someone from this company.  instead of that you get a massive amount of auto response emails. So far i have gotten 13 one that was slightly different i think it was a canned response that someone manually sent.  

All in all I would definetly not recommend this site to anyone they are an amazing model for how to avoid providing real customer service on the internet

Timeline of Events





  • Warhammer Online Accounts can take up to 48 hours to deliver


  • You placed an order with our website at 3:28 PM PST for the amount of $87.01


  • You were then verified at 4:39 PM PST


  • On the same day, you opened up this dispute on ripoffreport. On this dispute you mentioned you are in the process of opening up a chargeback. However, our system is setup so we won't settle the charge until you deliver so it's impossible to complete this process on your end. During this time, you mentioned nothing of wanting a refund nor of posting this complaint. You simply filed it in less than 9 hours after you paid without us knowing.


  • Meanwhile, your order was delivered the next day at 11:01 AM EST.


  • Your order was completed and we'd appreciate you following up and informing everyone this was resolved.
