Gammill, Montgomery, Malatesta, PLLC Refusal to pay for services rendered Flowood, Mississippi

All invoices for Gammil Montgomery have been satisfied.  There is a differing opinion between Gammill Montgomery and I as to when payment should have been made on these invoices. 

I have received payment for the last outstanding bills.

Mr. Keith was hired to serve process for several different insurance carriers through our firm.  he was paid directly by us for some of our clients and others required he be treated as a vendor and paid directly by them.  he has accepted payments from our firm directly and indirectly from insurance carriers in his category as a vendor.  we consistently followed up on mr. ketihs request for direct payment he had not received and made sure he was paid. 

instead of acting as a business professional that accepted payments from different sources, mr. keith chose to disparage our firm on this site.  he is unprofessional and we stopped using his services.  he had returns of service forwarded to us with incorrect names with was both time consuming and costly to correct.

mr. keith has always cashed the direct payment checks and conformed to that method of payment for his services as a vendor.  we have requested he remove this posting or face a libel suit for this false claim that we did not fulfill our obligations to him. 

Dear Mr. Gammill:

This is to serve as your 10 day notice before I file a small claims suit against you.  The balance is $260.00 and is 141 days past due.
