We showed him our issue on one garage door where the door was failing to close properly. He realized the issue was something to do with the Garage Door's downward pressure and had to be adjusted to be able to close properly. This involved the turning by hand a dial in the motor. He sprayed some lubricant on the tracks and looked at the other doors and came to the conclusion that was all the work to be done.
he handed us a bill for OVER 275 DOLLARS. Mind you he was there for just over half an hour. We contested the bill with the employee and he said that this was the standard amount and became very uneasy. We told him we did not feel comfortable with the amount considering the work. We were left in an uncomfortable situation where the work was completed and he reminded us of that many times while we deliberated as to whether to pay him or not. Eventually, to avoid a larger confrontation we paid the bill but have now looked for ways to seek reimbursement from the company.
we thought we should let it be known on this website in order to make sure no one else is ripped off by this company.
