My husband and I ordered the "Free Trial" from Garcinia Cambogia, only having to pay the $4.95 shipping & handing.  

Two days after placing the orders, I contacted Garcinia Customer Service to make sure that any future orders with them were canceled. Making sure that No Further Charges would be made to my credit card or No Further Products Shipped.  I even took "screen shots" of everything on my IPad.  

Less than One Month Later, they charged my card for 2 orders (one for my husband & one for me). They were $65.60 each.  The total was $131.20 for both.  

I called Garcinia Customer Service at 1-800-809-0170.  I first poke with Giselle, a Customer Service Representative.  

I explained to her about everything being canceled on 3/01/2014. That's 20 days before they charged me again.  I told her I had the screen shots proving they were both canceled. Giselle would only say she was "sorry" and she understood my frustration.  I than told her to put a manager on the phone.

Matt, (employee ID# 23490) the Floor Manager for the day got on the phone.  I went tHough the entire story again.  Of corse Matt stated that he doesn't see anything canceling either of the accounts.  He was just like Giselle and only said he was "sorry" and understood my frustration.  They were like robots, not having any reactions at all, and repeating the same thing over & over to everything I would say.  I told him I wanted to speak to his Manager or someone in a higher position than he is.  He told me "you won't be speaking with anyone else but me today"!!  

This occurring when it did could not have been worse timing.  I explained to both Matt & Giselle that I have the final payment due on a very expensive cruise today.  If I do not make it, they will automatically cancel it with no refunds.  (They would give me 50% of what I paid as a credit on a future cruise).  So I Will Lose A Couple Thousand Dollars!!  As I told them this, they still sounded like robots with no voice change or anything. Like a recording.

Garinia Cambogia 360 is the worst ever to deal with for anything, ever!  They steal your money & refuse to fix any of their own mistakes!!


Also, when you go to place your "FREE TRIAL" order, they will not accept a Pre-Paid Card.  It kicks it right out.
