Hello "Ken" Donkeys and Chickens please be serious. What kind of proof could you possibly have to show the previous owners had livestock in the house. I worked there for a week and when I started asking questions why multiple purchase agreements in your file and stuff not signed and you were refusing to sign stuff and taking hard working peoples money and ripping people off with this credit repair scheme that is on 89 dollars and you are charging them 339 and putting the rest in your pocket I resigned.  I didnt want to go to jail for being associated with you and your company.  Plan and simple you are committing FRAUD on these un suspecting people and you need to be behind bars and you rip off your employees by not paying them when they leave.  He has been reported to several different agencies including the IRS and Indiana Dept of Labor and Attorney Generals Office.  This slime ball is going down and I mean on them in prison. The matter for the property that Nickolas A and Kenneth C has been settled in court. At the time I met the renters they were living in a motel and begged to move in a house as soon a possible. According to the lease the renters signed they accepted the property in as-is condition and accepted responsibility for any and all repairs. No repair addendums were ever signed and no repairs were promised. At the time the rent was due Nickolas A and Kenneth C refused to pay the rent and were evicted for the nonpayment of rent. While they found out about the eviction they started posting one report after another about the repairs that were never agreed on.

There was and still is a legally binding lease with option to purchase in reference to this frivolous and unjustified complaint. They simply did not want to live in the home anymore and did not want to pay the rent. This was Kenneth Cooper's and Nicholas Abramski's tactic to break the lease.

They both have filed complaints as if there were two issue's but it's over one home and one lease. The home was completely remodeled and valued at $90,000. A nice property!! They were happy with the home in the beginning but started to complain when it was rent time! They claim there were donkey's and chicken's outside of the home! There are horses across the street but no donkey's and no chickens. Not once did they ever tell me about this.

I simply know nothing about Donkey's and Chicken's at this residence and do not believe there is any voracity to there statements! They were living in a motel when I met them at the home they wanted badly at the time. There was no switch and bait for I only showed them the home on Elizabeth street only and that was the one they sighned a lease with option to purchase. I promised them that I would clean the carpet's not replace them! The carpet there was only six months old. The carpet's were cleaned professionnaly and smelled nice and looked clean.

I believe in Karma and that there are consequences for our actions and I live my life accordingly. It is they who are dishonest and malicious and lack integrity and honor! I have been in business 27 years and have hundreds of satisfied clients! Let the truth set us free! I treat all people like I want to be treated!!
