APPALLING company to be avoided at all costs and it will cost you dear. I can only assume that they are just collecting money and their profits are derived from bank interest as endless promises of refunds never materialise. Still waiting for a refund of 270 nearly 2 months later. UK customer support number is a call centre and often does not work.
Surely they should be shut down?
