After a time Katzman, Garfinkel, Rosenbaum Attorneys at law decided they would file motion in Broward County courthouse to get off our case. The ignorant Judge Robert Carney let them.
They came to Mr. Don and wanted him to sign with them he did. I (Belinda) never signed any papers/ contracts in the beginning. Can Someone put your name to a Case if you don't never .
Judge Eileen O'Connor is for the big Corporations. She made a ruling against us on Oct. 11, 2010. Our insurance Company filed Bankruptcy and I guess they went out of business (Florida Preferred Insurance). FIGA took over for them hired Attorneys Morgan Albie in Coral Gables Florida. In my opinion we the people should impeach every Judge to ensure Judges don't over step their bounds.
Judge O'Connor never saw our documents we filed before the hearing took place. Our policy says we should be paid to get mold out of our home then we should get. We filed a new motion for hearing and she denied that too. Imagine being at a hearing and thinking the Judge has all your information in front of her. We were very surprised. Mr. Donald Williams was told it would be in file however after talking to person at window 12 we were told they haven't started on October yet. No one should have told Don this lie.
We want a new hearing !!!! We are entitled, because we're guaranteed under the Laws " right to fair hearing/ trial.
