This firm represents Mr. Lorenzo and with the Shanker Law Firm has initiated a defamation action in the Superior Court of the State of Arizona, in the County of Maricopa, Case No. CV2013-090090 (the Arizona Action) against the originator of this report. 

By this post, you are hereby provided notice that in the Arizona Action, Mr. Lorenzo seeks to subpoena Xcentric Ventures LLC (i.e., RipOffReport.com) for your contact and identifying information and served such a subpoena on Xcentric Ventures LLC on January 28, 2013. The subpoena response is due February 28, 2013.

The reality is, I do not know this person, and I am not in business with this person. This is nothing more than an attempt to slander my good name and extort money from me, as I said prior, it's not going to work.

In fact, when you sign up for this site, you are not required to give your real name, real address, phone number or you real email address. He has victims across the country. Check court records in Los Angeles if you can find all his aliases. He has been sued successfully and also evicted. His "address" is a Po box and he claims to be homeless. The easiest way to tell if he is lying is if his lips are moving. You may talk tough on the web, but you have been requested many times for documents/filings and would not make your address available to elude the potential of being served. It's unfortunate because we would all love our day in court with you. You may have the same number, but you avoid the people you lied to. This is not slander, it is fact, we have the emails, letters, etc to prove every bit of it. I hope your lawyer does contact the sites admin because it has been made known to the site that we would like to have professional contact and/or state/federal support to bring these corporate and investor frauds to light. I think you know everyone whom invested with you in the film, why not call everyone and start explaining yourself?

Apparently you're very much concerned about what is posted about you online seeing as how you have had such rapid responses. I am hoping to stop people from losing there money to you through your fraud. He may sound educated and have relationships, but find me one person who wrote this man a check in the past and still has a relationship with him. Garianno's reply is perfect, shows he has ripped off so many people he's not sure who's "extorting" him. It's not extortion to be forced to perform your corporate obligations. Why don't you post an address where people can find you so we may serve you our claim and then we can settle everything with the courts guidance and judgment? 

This man has been on the run from every investor he's ever taken a dollar from. DO NOT give this man a dollar of your money, he is not a good person. He uses illness or tragedy stories as a form of sympathy to get people to invest or be easy on him when they're ready to come after him.
