My mother hired Gary Groce and he told her that her bathroom remodel would be just perfect because he does all the work himself like his advertises. The day the work happened two other fellow showed up to do the work and they told her that they were just subcontractors and they work for a lot of different people. That is not to bad but we had a problem and Gary said that it was the sub contractor problem and he would have them fix it.
The never showed up and when we called Gary agin he said there was nothing he could do.
We hired a plumber to fix the problem and he was telling us that Gary Gross nor any of those people dont have a plumbing license and we were just lucky that not a lot of damage was done.
Beware of this man.

This complaint is totally false and "made up". No such customer exists. Please check with the Dallas BBB where I have an A+ rating which means I have never had a complaint. By the way, the BBB will not allow anonymous complaints like this web site. I have no way of finding the origin of this complaint but I am totally convinced it was filed by a competitor.
I can furnish dozens of names, addreses, and phone numbers of very satisfied customers. I have also worked with Servicemagic for years and they have never received one complaint about me. My Servicemagic rating is very high with many comments from happy customers. You may also check my own website for more positive testimonials which I can verify.
It is true that in this life you may not be able to please everyone but so far I have done just that. I know which competitor filed this (although I cannot prove it) and I think it is sad that he thinks he has to stoop to lies about his competition to stay in business.
Whoever is doing this, I wish you well and pray that some day you might see a brighter light.
