Gary Hayashi, the father of BMX Bike champion, Kim Hayashi, and Mike Bo Diaz have taken $50,000 from us claiming the money was to be used to create an e-magazine for the Women's Sports foundation (founded by Billy Jean King). The Women;s Sports foundation indicates that they know Kim Hayashi, and have no relationship with her father, Gary Hayashi of Pacifica, California. Gary Hayashi and Mike Bo Diaz, live in an affluent community in Pacifica and could easily solicit others for cash. They are dishonest and owe a lot of money to others. We have been chasing them with our attorneys, to no avail as yet. Their time will come. They have been reported to the IRS and their company seems to be defunct. You would think this loser Gary Hayashi would care about affecting his daughter's biking career...but it doesn't seem so. She seems to have dropped out of the spotlight also, probably because of these types of charges.

I was also ripped off by these two. A friend and I were taken for fifteen thousand each. They told us they were opening a sports bar and needed money to make it happen. They are crooks and even told my friend they were naming the place after him. After many attempts to get the money, they have skipped town. Diaz even left his family behind. Needless to say, the place never opened. These two owe thousands of dollars to people in Pacifica. Hope this don't happen to others.
