Gary L Jackson Does not pay as promised cottonwood, Arizona

Gary is a driver for Warner Trucking and was having trouble making money claiming he was not paid right, he claimed the same problem with Knight Trucking as well. I went with him on the road during the time frame of mid July 2012  and Aug 2012  with the promise that I would be paid for my help. Gary owes for a fine in Calif which he had no money in his bank account so I paid with a loan so  he could keep his CDL, nice of me, He paid me for that. When he needed more money I thought he was good for it His cell phone gets turned off and he uses mine for his business and he owes me 277.48 which he refuses to pay.  

This guy wont  get up on time to work, he has fights with the security officers at the gates we had to get through. He is violent, has a temper I can't describe, lies even though he is caught won't admit he did anything wrong, even when he is on camera after an hour trying to back into a space, claims it's not his fault!!!. I watched him turn down streets with no outlets, I heard him threaten a Warner Planner that "someone is going to shake the change out of his pockets" he also threatened a driver trainer from Knight Trucking saying "You should be glad my son isn't here because he would beat the S--t out of you" wow what a nice guy. 

Now he is trying to sue Warner for a ton of money, He is claiming he is stressed out or something  and he told me that he would give me half of it when he wins!!!! Oh goody Lucky me!!!!! I cant get him  to pay me for the phone bill he ran up on my cell phone, yet I watched him pay out almost 500.00 in to keep his phones on t about this woman? Ok so I was not in love with him or nothing but he owes me and he did tell me he would pay me in front of my son after we drove his Mustang car to Phoenix Warner Terminal then he didn't want to give me gas money to get me home after he took a 200.00 advance he gave me 14.00. 

I just want my money, and Gary just takes advantage of people and lies about it.
