Tenants are not allowed to have the owners contact information and if tenants happen to find it out somehow, they are evicted and harassed.
Anyone who submits a written request for repairs, is evicted and harassed. One tenant's bedroom roof and ceiling caved in and was leaking when it rained. This tenant made a complaint to manager to have it repaired. This room was the childs room. Tenant pays rent for 3 bedroom not a 2 bdrm. The managers contacted owner and owner said to evict them. Tenants were served with 3 day notice to vacate on the same day. Tenants took to court and won the case.
Anyone who complains to a housing agency regarding their tenant rights, is evicted and harassed.
Anyone who calls the police for illegal activities is harassed and evicted. They are friends with one of the officers who is friends with the managers daughter Jenny and have dated in the past and still may be having a relationship.
Upon move in the tenants are required to pay a high deposit of $400 and then in order to move in tenants have to clean the unit.
Yet they paid a depost.
The mobile homes are run down, not up to code, and are a fire hazard. The owner refuses to fix these mobile homes. There are loose wires inside the homes and outside the homes.
If the managers do comply with repairs needed, they get the items needed for repairs and tell the tenants to fix it themselves. Yet they get paid by owner for being managers.
The floors are caving in, pipes leaking, appliances have shorts in the wires or do not work, the font and back doors have holes, dents, and do not fit leaving wide gaps where air comes in and you can see to the outside, locks do not work and doors are held together with bolts and screws.
The windows are broken, not the right fit, air comes thru, no locks, and are dirty inbetween the glass.
Upon move in, tenants are not screened for anything. Teants who have extensive drug and other violent criminal histories are allowed to rent here. The decent tenants who complain about the ongoing criminal activities, are retaliated against by these tenants, the managers and owner and are evicted.
Upon move out, the managers will take a broom handle or other long object and put holes in the ceilings, and use hammers or screw drivers to put holes in the walls, stain the carpets, break cabinet doors, and then chare the tenants for the damages.
If the electric is still on, they crank the heat all the way up, turn on all the lights, and use as much electricity as possible and then they charge the tenants for the bill. One tenant who faught for their tenant rights, had this happen to them. Their electric bill was $400 for one month. The managers have a friend who works at the electric company who allows them to do this.
The managers slander the good people her who have no criminal histories stating, they too are child molestors, drug addicts, drug dealers, whores, sluts, that tenants cut up cats and freeze them for later eating, endless list of things they do to tenants here.
The managers allow you to pay deposit in $100 payments. Once caught up, they evict the tenants and then start the process again with a new unsuspecting tenant. Good way to make some easy cash.
The managers and owner
The managers son is in fact a level 3 convicted child molester who lives in this mobile home park. The managers daughter has lost her children to CPS-Child Protective Services for severe abuse of her children, the managers also have felonies one being child molestation.
Unfotunatley, unsuspecting tenants are unaware of all the activities of the managers and owner. They tend present themselves as very friendly, while telling the new tenants of everyones personal business. They are good con artists.
The police are well aware of the managers and owner and what they are doing, yet nobody is doing anything to stop them.
Fortunately, there is much evidence and proof to the above and there is a lawsuit being filed aginst the owner and managers and those involved.
