Gary Taha has defrauded many people out of millions of dollars including myself. Gary Taha aka Hassan Taha presents himself as a highly experienced pilot that manages large aircraft. His claims as an Airline Captain that flew Captain on L1011 and 757 for American Trans Air. He was fired for cocaine use. He tested positive for cocaine.  He defrauded a Saudi Arabian Family out of $3,000,000 USD sold them a piece of crap Boeing727 that never flew.

Gary Taha now claims he is partners with a rich Saudi  Sheikh Salah Al Balawi of SAB holdings. I am sure he robbed him as well.

 

Gary Taha's fraud schemes revolve around very large aircraft. He defrauds persons by saying he has very lucrative contracts flying the Royal Families of Saudi, Qatar and Bahrain however to serve them he needs aircraft. He ask investors to invest in buying expensive aircraft. He sources the aircraft then he negotiates a lower sale  amount for the aircraft and ups the price to his investors to purchase the aircraft so he can make a ton of money. Usually the aircraft is an aircraft that cannot sell due to the fact they need a tremendous amount of maintenance which cost in the millions of dollars. Thats why he can get the Aircraft much cheaper and sell it to his investors. When investors look at the value and compare to other similar aircraft its in line or a good deal. However its a piece of crap and cannot fly unless Millions of Dollars are spent.

I can go on and on. The United States Drug Enforcement Agency has Gary Taha aka Hassan Taha on there watch list for his involvement with Nayef Fawaz and the Drug Smuggling Trade.

 

Gary Taha's new scheme is chartering aircraft and undercutting other Air Charter Brokers when he realizes that Royal Family members are chartering the aircraft. He gets the Charter as he is the cheapest and the Broker makes more money. He will take a loss on the flight so he can Transport illegal Packages under the nose of the Royal Family. Royal Family members travel under Diplomatic Passports and there local Embassy receive the flights and coordinate with the local Customs and Immigration officers. The Plane is never searched nor are the occupants or Flight Crew is ever Searched.  These flights are conducted under the umbrella of Diplomatic Flights. Packages remain on the aircraft and latter removed. I have seen this happen on VPBOP in Brazil last month. The Plane and Crew are NEVER EVER!!!! EVER!!! Searched. Thats his new golden ticket. He bribes crew members on regular flights with large sums of money to violate the flight rules. He boasts he does not need them to violate the rules its his way of giving them large  sums of cash to earn there loyalty. He cannot give them cash unless he as a real good reason for it hence illegal violations of some rule.

 

Gary Taha is the God of all Gods when it comes to the gift of gab. This man can sell ice and snow to Eskimos. He is the best by far. The King of Bull.

 

Now comes the Chinese and there aircraft. Gary Taha boasts how the Chinese are so stupid and so easily bribed. He boast how he has two of there aircraft Boieng Business Jet or BBJ   registration VPBOP. and B5273 at such extremely low and  below industry rates. The Chinese are willing to take a huge loss on the planes as long as the Bribes to the senior managers keep flowing.

The Senior Manager for Hainan Air, Beijing Capital/Deer Jet, HongKong Jet and there Bermuda cronies at LongTail Aviation of  Bermuda is just as crooked they even have some influence with there own Bermuda Civil Aviation Department. The Chinese managers Zhang Peng,  Chen Feng, Wang Jian, Li Xianhua can careless that there Planes could get Seized and confiscated as long as the Bribes keep coming.  Gary Taha can claim he has no Knowledge and walk free again. 

 

Gary Taha needs to be in Prison with his Fellow Lebanese  drug smuggling business partner.
