Gator Contracting, Poolside Leisure Greg Garbo, Gator Contracting faulty pool resurface, failed to honor warranty, crack in newly resurfaced pool Internet

Here's a picture of the crack that developed within days of the resurfacing. Even though I paid an extra $2,000 for a "crack warranty", this is what I was left with.  The green ruler is 1 foot which shows the crack is atleast 5 foot long.

His response doesn't even make sense.

1) Maybe it was an ex-employee who just wanted to come clean on what a shabby business Poolside Leisure is.

2) Why would someone who wasn't even a customer take the time to file a report against you?

3) A nice example of Poolside Leisure/Greg Garbo's professionalism.  Calling someone mentally ill and posting mocking pictures of customers on the internet.  Are we back in middle school?

Take a chance on Poolside Leisure if you want to have to pay for such unprofessionalism.  Take a chance on Poolside Leisure if you want to pay $6,000 and end up with a 5-6 foot crack in your pool. Take a chance on Poolside Leisure if you want to have them make up lies about you and post them on the internet for just wanting what you paid for.  Why would I turn the water off that is filling up my new pool that I saved for many years to be able to have resurfaced.  This is a total lie. I never heard from Mr. Garbo and he never stepped foot on the job once he had my money.  And yes....there was still blue paint on the surface of my pool before it was recoated.  He's not the only contractor in town.  I've been told by someone that builds commercial restaurants that there is no water blaster that will do the job of a sand blaster.  But how would he know what was done to my pool? He was never here anyway.  And now he takes this very serious situation and treats like a school boy on a playground.  Must be nice to take so lightly the responsibility of taking all of another's savings.

Let's do some math here:
 So we have 3 complaints, remove one as an employee who got caught stealing , the other who wasn't even a real customer, leaves one customer with a complaint.
We do about 60-70 renovations a year. So over these two years we have 120-140 jobs.
That means that we satisfied 11-13 mentally ill people. As a business owner I think 1 and 10 is a low estimate. =] I don't know why I should justify the time to respond but here it goes:

1 - Almost all contractors do sandblast. It is cheaper than water blasting and their contract states they cannot be held responsible for "dust, debris, etc" or the damage it causes. We waterblast - no not pressure wash. I am talking about a 16-20,ooo psi water blaster! A HUGE trailer mounted, dual axle, diesel unit that easily cuts concrete if improperly used.
Yes it is more expensive but the water contains all the dust and the majority of debris. Think about it, it's common sense. The patient, Salinda Riebow, saw the thing in action.
I am not sure which aisle home depot carries that in but at 75k per unit they probably don't sell many.  So yes all the paint was remove. We remove fiberglass coatings in pools with it. Hence the discount offered to her as we needed the unit on a 1600 square foot commercial pool so offered her a  discount to share the rental fee.
2- Due to her not following directions and turning off the water during a refill for several days a small crack 1.5 ft long, NOT over the structural repairs
3- We drained the pool and repaired it with EXACT material used for the interior.
Everyone knows caulk will deteriorate when constantly submerged.
4- I have pictures of her pool and you cannot see where the repair was made.
5- She's right, I don't return her calls anymore. They have gotten so bizarre, I share them with friends for entertainment.
