This company is a ripoff, not because they break the law but because they do as much as possible to make it impossible for you to function. If you need your account # they can't tell you. If you need to set up auto pay, they won't. Their website doesn't function. Even if you do set it up it will probably just stop. They will never send you a card. They can't do anything by any other means other than snail mail without a 15 plus dollar charge. In addition, their customer service is rude and unhelpful.

To recap the scam is.

Force you to do everything by snail mail unless you pay 15 bucks extra per transaction to have the privilege of paying your own debt.

Next they will ensure the only way that functions without an act of congress is the phone where the fees are the highest.
Then they will piss you off with BS security measures that are not required by any other bank in existence. (AKA) they just don't want to do their jobs. Ask for a supervisor and welcome to a nice long game of "accidental" disconnect.

If you enjoy high blood pressure this is the bank for you. If you have a history of heart trouble or stabbing faces uncontrollably when angered please stay away.
