Geanne Pack is a used car salesman with a Real Estate License. Geanne Pack will tell you she is a "short Sale" specialist, but she is not. She actually knows very little about short sales. When she approached me to sell my house in a short sale she lied by saying that the bank had asked her to contact us. She also lied about the amount of money we were supposed to get in the cooperative short sale. Geanne Pack upset the neighbors, the people who were renting my house, the bank, and myself.

Geanne Pack will cleverly use her words to protect herself legally until the sale is done. Then she will ignore your calls till she gets her commission check. Then Geanne Pack will tell you that you should have read the fine print and that anything she told you does not count.
