I brought my small laptop to this repair shop to have RAM installed. I used to do all my own repairs, but Multiple Sclerosis has made this impossible now. I went to school for computer repair. As soon as I got my machine home after installation of RAM, I tried to bring the internet up. Nothing. Something that worked before was now borked. I waited for school to start in order to see if the internet worked there. I figured it was no big deal as long as the school internet worked. Again nothing. I brought my machine back to this repair shop and explained the problem. I went back after about 24 hours and the owner told me my little-used laptop's wireless was fried. He sold me a USB Tenda wireless. I don't know if I somehow dumped the driver or not, but soon the wireless was not working again. I brought it back to this shop. The original guy who installed my RAM opened my machine up right then, found a loose wire and hooked it back up. My wireless is smoking hot now. But the aqggravation was not worth it at all. It was like I had to get just the right person to fix my machine. Pot luck didn't cut it. I could not expect the same level of service from all person's in this shop. And - it was the owner who told me my wireless was no good. Last time I'll ever go there.
