Geeks on Site tech rerouted facilities network, causing 5 days of internet access interference to 250 unit high rise Denver Residence. Geeks on Site sited: contract states quote; use of our service is completely at your own risk... Though their tech caused the problem, that cost us $ 900.00 to have repaired, they reminded me they aren't responsible...AND since we stopped payment on the check for their failure...they tried to get paid electronically, despite the stop order. BEWARE ...I tried speaking to 3 senior staff members (listed on this complaint) they don't care about the consequences of bad press....So here I am letting you know about what you can expect from....Geeks On Site
