Received fraudulent credit card charge on my last credit card bill, paid to: www.geekauto.com 586-580-1610 MI. Reported the charge and dropped my credit card immediately because this is the second time this has happened to me. Visited the site on the web at: www.geeksauto.com and started to call regarding this charge (2 days now). I get a recording that states: please wait for the next available service rep., then sometimes go to music and sometimes not. Music lasts for about 15 seconds then everything goes blank. Once I heard someone cough but never a response. Thereby, I believe this site is just a front. The site portends to sell cheap auto accessories like air fresheners and cosmetic stuff. Nothing I am even remotely interested in. Like I said, the charge to my credit card was small ($6.65); however, the CC company recommended that I drop the current card because that is how these people operate w/small charges up front in the hopes you don't notice or let it slip then start charging larger amounts until you catch it. This has happened once before (another fake auto parts deal) and because of the large amount of complaints on the internet I was able to quickly get the charges reversed. So BEWARE OF www.geeksauto.com and any suspicious/false charges made to your credit card. As far as I know, no one exits at this company and it is just a front for this sort of thing!
