at its best!

I was rear-ended by a Geico policyholder on June 6, 2012.  Here were are almost 6 months later and I'm still trying to pry the money from Geico for my rental car.  They have a million excuses.  They lost the paperwork.  Oh, we're sorry, we overlooked that.

I'm pretty sure at this point this company is trying to drag this out long enough so I'll get frustrated and quit.  My next move is to file a small claims lawsuit against Geico.  This will happen on December 15th.

#1 Consumer Suggestion

Wrong party.

AUTHOR: Robert - (USA)

My next move is to file a small claims lawsuit against Geico.  This will happen on December 15th.

That's the WRONG party to sue.  You need to sue the driver and/or the owner of the vehicle that hit your car.  Don't take my word for it-check with an attorney.

Good luck.
