Geico insurance Raised policy price after I bought it Internet, Nationwide

I did an online search for cheap car insurance. The web site gave me several insurance companies. I Had a suspended license so I checked all the companies for the best rate for the minimum insurance required. I have no tickets or accidents but I DID list my suspended license. Geico quoted me $101 for 6 months. I bought the policy. Later they "found out" my license was suspended and raised my rate another $70 for the 6 months. I called and emailed that I had told them I had a suspended license on my application. They refused to honor their first quote. So I told them I wanted to cancel if they were not going to honor their quote and receive a refund. They refused both requests. They said they gave me a good driver discount. There was no mention of a good driver discount on my rate quote. Since I have no tickets or accidents, I am a good driver anyway. They lied to me about the rates to get me to buy the insurance and then raised my rates after I purchased the policy. Now they have cancelled my policy since I refused to pay the extra fees and refuse to refund my payments.
