Geico geico give me point on policy,took dicount away,because i broke a peice of plastic on a truck that i payed for Virginia Beach, Virginia

on 7-13-2011 i was stop at stop light,and my car bumped on the trailer brake plug under her bumper and cracked the plastic door on the plug.So ithe girl took the truck to the garage to have a new one put on.so after that was done,I meet her right where it happend and payed her $30.00 to cover all charges.There were no police called.This was never turned in to geico,because i took care of everything the same day.now geico tells me not to worrie about my rates going up ,or losing my 5 year discount.because i took care of this all in the same day.now i get a policy renewel and my rates went up.I have to pay $574.28 more dollars for the next 3 years and lost my discount for the next 5 years all over a $10.00 piece of plastic and $20.00 for installing it that i paid for my self.The geico told me that im taking care of this matter that there will not be any changes on my policy. now i have been ripped off.why am i being ripped off like this. I did everything i was told to do from geico.Now i have to park my cars when my policy runs out.My mother is76 years old and i need my car to get her to her doctors.if i have no way ,my mother could die. i need your help.with out your help ,i could lose my mother.I have been with geico for 12 years or more ,please help me.i do not want to lose my mother ,Iwill have no way getting her to her appontments after september.pleace help me
