Gene's Auto Frame Service & Repairs charged the customer over 6,300.00 for the original repair. They charged for services they never completed and charged for parts that were never ordered. This is negligence and fraud. They were exposed on a local CBS affiliate and have admitted guilt multiple times through email correspondance as well as through interviews with local media.
Several industry experts have examined the situation and agree that this is one of the worst repair jobs they have ever seen. There is an active consumer affairs complaint on-file with the Dept. of Agriculture as well as an open complaint with the Dept. of Financial Services in Florida. Case numbers have been assigned. We were not at fault in this case and due to the incompetence of this business are now having to pay out of pocket for these repairs!!!!
