The dealership Gene's Chrysler Dodge Jeep and Ram was responsible for a diagnostics report on my vehicle.  I brought the vehicle in for a small noise coming from the right rear wheel well area. Everything on the car was functional. They diagnosed the issue with the noise as probably being from the shock.

As soon as I drove away after they informed me of the issue, the small noise became very loud. I came in with minor problems and left with new, very prominent ones. I immediately turned around and drove back to the dealership and brought it to their attention. They told me the broken shock occurred when they put it on the lift, however, even though it was their doing and the shock was broken under their care they told me its not their problem because how where they suppose to know that the shock was going to break when they put it on the lift.
