Once he had my money things changed.
The test kit took weeks to arrive.
I sent it back to the company.
The results then took several weeks.
Archer then refused to interpret the results.
I contacted the BBB.
They didn't want to know.
Archer misled them - they fell for it.
I believe he is an educated man.
But he has difficulty explaining simple ideas.
Genetic Identity are a company best avoided.
The stress they cause is enormous.
Go to a different company.
