Geoffrey Gary L. Daniels Esq is a very BAD Lawyer Run from Him.!! Mount Holly New Jersey

I secured the services of Gary L. Daniels Esq on December of 2012 He immedidtely assured me that my case was a easy one because the police that arrested me was the ones that he trained because Gary Daniels was the ex-sheriff of Burlington County NJ. After my first meeting with him he said I was in good hands and he would charge me $4,000.00 for my case. I gave him a $2,000.00 deposit and ask him if I can make payments for the rest he said no problem. Two weeks after Christmas I recieved a letter from Gary saying I had a outstanding balance with him and I need to pay him in full in order for him to continue repersenting me,so I had no other choice to pay him when he knew I had 4 small children home to feed. So after 1 year going back to the D.A office I always told Gary I was not Guilty and would not except any jail time. So Gary told me for a DUI I would have to take a plea of 5 years in prison if I didn't take the plea I would face 15 years in jail in I lost in trail.!!

Gary is a sell out lawyer he will build you up so he can take all your money once he has it he will sell you out to the D.A.'s office because at heart he is a prosacutor not a defence lawyer.
